Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a Founding Partner to spearhead its expansion across Europe. This role involves leading the growth and execution in existing and new markets, building and managing high-performing local teams, and owning the global strategy. The Founding Partner will represent CVX publicly, drive culture, and participate in deal flow and investment decisions. They will report directly to the Board.

• Lead growth and execution across all CVX markets

• Lead the expansion of the angel investor network

CVX Ventures is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups. The ideal candidate should be passionate about startups and investing, highly analytical, and fluent in English.
