Job Description
iFood is seeking a Commercial Planning Analyst to support the sales team in onboarding new restaurant partners to the Anota AI platform. Anota AI is a tool designed to automate order taking via WhatsApp, streamlining communication between restaurants and customers through AI.
The Commercial Planning Analyst will be responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs, structuring processes, coordinating strategy implementation, and ensuring partners are properly integrated and trained on the platform. This role involves managing KPIs, analyzing data, and developing strategies to optimize commercial processes and improve the Anota AI product.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the commercial team in selling and onboarding new partners.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs for the commercial team.
- Structuring processes and coordinating the implementation of strategies.
- Ensuring partners are integrated and trained on the platform.
- Managing and tracking KPIs.
- Developing and updating playbooks to support the commercial team.
- Engaging stakeholders to align expectations and commercial strategies.
- Using SQL for data construction and updates.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards in BI tools.
- Developing commercial strategies and creating base segments for targeted actions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial planning, data analysis, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of automation and digital products.
