Job Description
iFood is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to join its iFood Bebidas team. This role involves working within the Growth unit, focusing on user acquisition and retention across all user profiles. The candidate will collaborate with various teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment, managing campaigns, communication, and testing for a key user group.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and analyzing results of user campaigns within the beverage team.
- Analyzing financial KPIs such as CPO, OM, CAC, Retention, Acquisition, MUB, DAU, MAU, etc.
- Interfacing with related teams including Squad, commercial planning, technology, and back office.
- Independently understanding and resolving problems.
- Striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement in Growth processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel for building projections and updating databases.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and BI.
- Knowledge in Growth (AB Testing, CRM, Campaigns, Communication).
- Analytical skills to extract data and recommend scenarios.
- Familiarity with tools like Databricks (basic data manipulation and database creation), SQL or Pyspark, Excel, and Salesforce.
