Analista de Negócios Senior (Growth e Analytics)

iFood is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Growth and Analytics team. This role involves conducting detailed data analysis using SQL to identify insights and support strategic decisions. The analyst will plan, execute, and monitor growth and engagement initiatives, focusing on OKRs and ensuring hypothesis creation and learning collection.

The Senior Business Analyst will work autonomously to resolve complex demands, from diagnosis to action plans based on consistent analysis. They will implement and measure experiments like A/B tests to optimize initiatives and understand user behavior. The role also includes monitoring key OKRs and KPIs related to growth and engagement, providing actionable insights to guide the team's strategy.

This person will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create solutions, connecting data and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Google Workspace. They should possess strong analytical skills, proactivity, and the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
