This role involves proactively monitoring metrics, logs, and alerts to anticipate failures and minimize impacts. The Software Engineer SR will analyze the root cause of incidents and implement definitive solutions, manage critical incidents, ensuring agile and effective response, and conduct post-incident analyses for continuous learning and process improvement. They will also collaborate with other SRE teams to disseminate best practices and ensure the resilience of the production environment, and optimize processes through automation and continuous innovation.
