Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Experience Partner to work with its highest-value merchants. This role focuses on solving pressing challenges and improving the overall merchant experience. The Merchant Experience Partner will serve as a primary point of contact for merchants, addressing their support needs and ensuring their success on the DoorDash platform. They will build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service, relationship management, and strategic problem solutions.
The role involves: - Collaborating and troubleshooting on important issues for Merchants
- Building relationships with Merchant partners
- Promoting retention and overall Merchant success
- Prioritizing and escalating issues in partnership with internal teams
- Developing an expertise in DoorDash's systems and resources
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, hospitality, or a related field
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
- High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM software)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite
- Basic knowledge of excel tools and formatting functionality
- Experience providing advisory and partnership-level support
- Experience advocating for customer experience
- Excels at building relationships and determining prioritization
