Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Experience Partner to work with its highest-value merchants. This role focuses on solving pressing challenges and improving the overall merchant experience. The Merchant Experience Partner will serve as a primary point of contact for merchants, addressing their support needs and ensuring their success on the DoorDash platform. They will build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service, relationship management, and strategic problem solutions.

The role involves:
  • Collaborating and troubleshooting on important issues for Merchants
  • Building relationships with Merchant partners
  • Promoting retention and overall Merchant success
  • Prioritizing and escalating issues in partnership with internal teams
  • Developing an expertise in DoorDash's systems and resources

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, hospitality, or a related field
  • Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
  • High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM software)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite
  • Basic knowledge of excel tools and formatting functionality
  • Experience providing advisory and partnership-level support
  • Experience advocating for customer experience
  • Excels at building relationships and determining prioritization
