Forge Health is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to develop and implement community outreach plans in Eastern PA. This role involves building relationships with referral sources and community members to promote Forge Health's services. • Execute business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Participate in community events and meetings.
• Plan and host events and educational forums.
• Create and implement outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Teams.
• Respond to inquiries and gather feedback.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Enhance the organization’s brand image.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience
• Working knowledge of health care environments, clinical terminology, and health information systems
• Must have a valid state license and access to a vehicle
