Job Description
Forge Health is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to develop and implement community outreach plans in Southern NJ. This role involves building relationships with referral sources and community members to promote Forge Health's services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. This position requires frequent travel within Gloucester, Mercer, and Ocean Counties, with attendance at networking events on evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute business development strategies to deepen Forge Health’s referral base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community members.
- Participate in community events and meetings to promote Forge Health services.
- Plan and host events and educational forums.
- Create and implement outreach initiatives to communicate Forge Health’s mission.
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams to maintain the preferred provider guide.
- Respond to inquiries and gather feedback.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies.
- Enhance the organization’s brand image.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of health care environments, clinical terminology, and health information systems
- Must have a valid state license and access to a vehicle
