Job Description
Opendoor is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their Engagement & Activation marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel lifecycle programs across various channels, focusing on customer engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will be strategic, self-starting, and energized by both strategy and execution.What this role involves:
  • Leading the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
  • Owning the customer journey from onboarding through winback.
  • Driving cross-functional efforts with Product, Sales, Brand, and Analytics teams.
  • Building and scaling segmentation strategies for personalized content.
  • Establishing a strong testing roadmap to maximize effectiveness.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and operate independently.
  • Experience designing and managing multi-channel programs across email, SMS, push, and landing pages.
  • Hands-on expertise with Iterable.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a track record of A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfort with HTML, audience logic, and marketing automation tools.
  • A strategic mind and a creative eye.
