Opendoor is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their Engagement & Activation marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel lifecycle programs across various channels, focusing on customer engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will be strategic, self-starting, and energized by both strategy and execution.
What this role involves: - Leading the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
- Owning the customer journey from onboarding through winback.
- Driving cross-functional efforts with Product, Sales, Brand, and Analytics teams.
- Building and scaling segmentation strategies for personalized content.
- Establishing a strong testing roadmap to maximize effectiveness.
- Defining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
- Proven ability to take initiative and operate independently.
- Experience designing and managing multi-channel programs across email, SMS, push, and landing pages.
- Hands-on expertise with Iterable.
- A test-and-learn mindset with a track record of A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort with HTML, audience logic, and marketing automation tools.
- A strategic mind and a creative eye.
