Job Description

Beauty Pie, a luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club, is seeking an experienced and conceptually strong Art Director to lead visual development across all creative touchpoints. This role involves crafting compelling visuals that build brand love, drive performance, and push creative boundaries. The Art Director will work under the guidance of the Senior Art Director and take ownership of creative projects from ideation to execution across digital, print, and social platforms.Beauty Pie believes in a culture defined by mindset, skills, attitude, and work ethic. • Developing and executing high-quality, on-brand visual concepts across video, digital, and print.
• Directing still and motion shoots, including casting, storyboarding, and on-set direction.
• Overseeing day-to-day creative output across marketing channels.
• Maintaining and evolving the visual identity.
• Collaborating with various teams to balance brand-building with performance goals.
• Managing junior art directors and content creators.
• Partnering with production leads to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Acting as a brand guardian.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a creative role, ideally in beauty, wellness, or fashion.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing refined taste and multi-channel work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One (and Figma preferred).
• Expertise in working with motion and video teams.
• Agile, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
