Beauty Pie, a luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club, is seeking a Junior Art Director to support their creative team in producing visually appealing assets across all channels. This role is ideal for a visually driven storyteller with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire for professional growth. The Junior Art Director will contribute fresh ideas, collaborate on campaigns, and help bring the brand’s aesthetic to life across digital platforms.Beauty Pie operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week to foster collaboration and maintain team momentum.What this role involves:

• Assisting in the development of content and visuals under the guidance of senior creatives.
• Creative ideation and rollout of brand assets across digital and social platforms.
• Sourcing imagery, building moodboards, and supporting creative presentations.
• Participating in photoshoots, helping with styling, lighting, and art direction tasks.
• Overseeing elements of post-production including retouching, grading, and edits.
• Actioning feedback and amends to a high standard.
• Staying ahead of visual trends in beauty, fashion, and culture to inform creative work.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a creative or design role.
• A strong portfolio that shows promise, passion, and polish.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Passionate about beauty and excited to grow within a creative team.
