Job Description
Yalo is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in Mexico City to bridge the gap between customers and internal teams. This role involves discussing, designing, and resolving technical and business questions during sales and pre-sales. The Senior Solutions Consultant will boost client business success through strategic consultancy and collaboration, aligning Yalo solutions with client goals and metrics.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer goals and designing solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyzing and creating technical proposals for integrations.
- Validating customer API documentation and technical requirements.
- Working with project management teams to monitor progress.
- Responding to customer requests for information.
- Coordinating the transition between presales and implementation.
- Managing project challenges proactively.
- Mentoring colleagues.
- Communicating complex ideas effectively.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience presenting software solutions.
- 3+ years in sales engineering or consulting.
- Understanding of customer needs.
- Advanced business analysis skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
