Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Client Partner to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role involves strategically cross-selling and upselling DoubleVerify's solutions to top accounts. The Senior Client Partner will work with Fortune 500 clients, navigating complex business situations and demonstrating a strong understanding of digital environments and online marketing techniques.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying new areas for upsells within client organizations.
- Partnering with stakeholders to convey the value of DoubleVerify solutions.
- Cultivating relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Reviewing customer product usage and identifying gaps.
- Identifying additional contacts to educate on DoubleVerify.
- Working with specialists to ensure effective product adoption.
- Leading responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Evangelizing DoubleVerify's value proposition.
- Organizing and presenting QBRs.
- Defining key retention growth strategies.
- Maintaining revenue pipeline and activity.
- Analyzing and articulating information with the product team.
- Attending industry events and following up with leads.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in building client relationships.
- Proven ability to grow revenue on strategic accounts.
- Strategic thinking to identify business objectives and challenges.
- Team player mentality.
- Contacts at client direct and media agencies.
- Strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams, and planning cycles.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-25% travel required.
