Job Description
Zafin is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst II to join their team in Trivandrum, India. Zafin is a company that provides a SaaS product and pricing platform that simplifies core modernization for top banks worldwide. The platform enables business users to work collaboratively to design and manage pricing, products, and packages, while technologists streamline core banking systems.
Role involves:
- Supporting client integration testing (SIT, UAT).
- Testing and replicating production/non-production application issues.
- Analyzing logs and finding the root cause.
- Deployment on Jboss/Wildfly/Websphere/Weblogic, etc.
- Playing the role of an incident manager.
- Communicating and collaborating on service requests/incidents raised by/for customers.
- Learning and understanding how our product services are delivered to customers.
- Leading and performing in a customer facing role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Production Application Support.
- Experience in supporting client integration testing.
- Knowledge of basic database queries (oracle/ postgresql/ MySQL).
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
