The Customer Service Representative (Student Advisor) role at a fast-growing US-based K12 education company, requires a candidate fluent in both English and Mandarin. This remote contract position involves providing outstanding customer service and course consultations to users in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Addresses user inquiries and provides course information.
  • Contacts potential customers, offering detailed course consultations.
  • Maintains strong relationships with current customers, resolving queries professionally.
  • Tracks customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborates with the team to improve products and services.
  • Stays updated on course offerings and policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to accommodate hour shifts.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally.

The role offers:
