Think Academy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and training. The position requires someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possesses strong communication skills.
- Role Involves:
- Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Assisting in campus recruiting events and processes
- Providing onboarding support for new hires
- Supporting new hire training sessions
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week
