Think Academy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, assist with onboarding, and support training programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to interviews.
  • Assisting in campus recruiting events.
  • Providing onboarding support for new hires.
  • Supporting new hire training sessions.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR record maintenance.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
