Job Description
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals to join its expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process. The right candidate is empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized.

Role involves:
  • Managing projects, setting goals, planning, and executing.
  • Acting as Scrum Master to manage sprint progress.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborating with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories.
  • Reviewing and approving weekly time submissions and monthly invoices.
  • Ensuring forecasting accuracy and budget management.
  • Reporting on project scope and budget.
  • Identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Championing project experience through communication and relationship building.
  • Seeking additional growth opportunities.
  • Mentoring new team members.
  • Assisting in identifying best practices and implementing changes.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale programs.
  • Prior management of technical engagements with 5+ people and over $500,000 budget.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience leading projects in Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting management.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks.
  • Ability to understand client's business needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute processes and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to act as a mentor.
