Fashion Nova is seeking a Customer Care Support Advocate to provide support to its global customer base. This role involves maintaining positive relationships between departments and servicing customer needs. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and multitasking guru, working at the distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, California.Fashion Nova is the world’s leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand. Responsibilities: - Provide quick, thorough, and meaningful interactions to customers.
- Use systems like Salesforce, Shopify, and HighJump.
- Resolve issues related to credits, refunds, returns, and order problems.
- Handle communications between transport companies and internal teams.
- Resolve escalated issues from other agents.
- Assist with training and resolve reviews and complaints.
- Support other customer care center locations.
- Assist Warehouse Teams with locating missing customer information.
- Work collaboratively to achieve key performance metrics.
- Complete special projects as requested by management.
Requirements: - Minimum 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with contact center metrics and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Typing WPM: 35 or above
- Commit to mandatory additional hours during high demand season
- Being flexible to work both weekdays and weekends
- Being able to work remotely on specified days
