Job Description
Halcyon is seeking a Commercial Solutions Architect to demonstrate the value of its cyber resilience solution to customers. This role involves advising, educating, and redefining cybersecurity and recovery in commercial contexts. The Commercial Solutions Architect will work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s solution to stakeholders in commercial sectors.
  • Advise and educate customers and channel partners on the Halcyon platform.
  • Assist account and channel management in driving revenue.
  • Partner with customer success and threat intelligence liaisons to align customer expectations.
  • Partner with product management and engineering to align customer requests.
  • Attain quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends.
  • Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support marketing to build Halcyon brand awareness.
  • Actively pursue personal development.

Requirements:
  • Senior Commercial Solutions Architect tier: 8+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably with significant experience in commercial sectors.
  • Commercial Solutions Architect tier: 5+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably with experience in commercial sectors.
  • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms.
  • Knowledge in areas relevant to commercial sectors: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics.
  • Experience in a security-focused solution architect, sales engineer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats.
  • B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training.
  • Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment.
