Job Description

Halcyon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their team. Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry relationships and cybersecurity knowledge to drive pipeline and convert prospective clients. This role involves:

• Generating pipeline and converting prospective clients.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Articulating the value proposition of Halcyon’s solutions.
• Optimizing client engagement post-sale.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Networking via industry events.
• Leveraging strategic alliance partnerships.
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of sales experience in the endpoint cybersecurity industry.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Skillful pipeline management.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with channel ecosystem.
• Proficiency in conducting negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
