Job Description
Domo is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Japan to help grow their business. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. They will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and create sourcing strategies. The Recruiter will manage the interview process, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or headhunting, preferably within the SaaS Industry
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Japan’s labor market, recruitment laws, and cultural hiring practices
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment portals
- Fluent in Japanese and English
