Sotheby's is seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to lead its performance marketing efforts and drive audience growth, with a strong focus on the Asia region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's reach and visibility through digital strategies, adapting global playbooks to local market dynamics.Sotheby's is looking for someone with a holistic view of digital marketing and audience development to support broader growth initiatives, including CRM, SEO, UX, and AI-related projects.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies to grow Sotheby’s audience in Asia.
Own campaign planning and performance across Google, Meta, Baidu, WeChat, Douyin/RED, and other high-impact platforms.
Leverage advanced analytics and Excel to track, analyze, and forecast marketing performance.
Act as the key growth partner to Specialist teams across art and luxury.
Stay ahead of platform trends, regional user behavior, and emerging tools to identify acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in a performance marketing or media agency environment.
Direct experience managing marketing programs in Asia.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Facebook Business Manager.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluency in both English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
