Software Engineer (Web3/AI)

Job Description

A leading firm in the Web3 space is seeking a skilled Web3 Full Stack Developer for one of its ecosystem projects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on Node.js and Rust. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as AI16z, Eliza, and Virtuals is highly desirable. The candidate will work closely with product and project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Web3 applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement smart contracts and interact with various blockchain networks
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications using popular frameworks
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimizing both system architecture and low-level services
• Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Web3 technologies
• Proficiency in Node.js and Rust
• Experience with AI frameworks, including AI16z, Eliza, and Virtuals
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Creative thinker with a knack for solving intricate technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• The ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take initiative without needing constant supervision
