Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - DeFi/Smart Contract

Job Description

A Web3 startup is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with deep expertise in DeFi and Smart Contracts. The CEO will lead all aspects of the company’s operations, developing and implementing annual business goals and growth strategies. They will manage business-oriented product lines, guiding research, development, technological innovation, and sales efforts. The CEO will oversee the full product management lifecycle, coordinate operational components, drive business development and partnership efforts, and take on additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in Web3/ DeFi space.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in DeFi and Smart Contract frameworks.
• Extensive expertise in operations management, strategic planning, R&D leadership, and team oversight.
• Exceptional leadership abilities combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
