The company is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates, focusing on ESG and Renewable Energy sectors. The consultant will manage the full recruitment cycle and cultivate strong client relationships.Role involves:

• Managing the complete 360 recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment.
• Previous experience in ESG/ Renewable Energy sectors is a must.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and strong business development acumen.
