A recruitment firm is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates for clients. The consultant will lead the recruitment process, applying expertise and creative methods to identify and evaluate talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete 360 recruitment cycle.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
- Build and sustain talent pipelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment.
- Previous experience in Semiconductor or other related industry sectors is a must.
- Result-oriented and target driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and strong business development acumen.
- A flexible, resourceful mindset with a positive attitude.
