What this role involves:

  • Owning sourcing strategy across multiple departments (R&D, product, and business).
  • Identifying, approaching, and engaging top passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and more.
  • Building and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Creating a personalized, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Contributing to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment within tech companies (startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Curious, resourceful, and loves connecting the dots to find the right match.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and bring a “get things done” attitude.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building great teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
