The Business Analyst II will be part of a growth-oriented team, ensuring high-performance deliveries in an ambiguous and uncertain environment. The role involves translating insights into clear actionables and robust processes, identifying problems through analytical approaches to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Composing a high-performance team focused on growth.
• Translating insights into actionable strategies and robust processes.
• Building processes from scratch, optimizing tool utilization, and tracking success metrics.
• Collaborating with diverse teams (sales, BDR, SDR, marketing, operations).
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership, influencing decisions, and incorporating feedback.
