The Engineering Manager will translate strategic objectives into actionable goals, monitor trends, lead complex projects, optimize workflows, and manage resource allocation.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable goals.
• Monitoring trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Leading complex projects and removing impediments.
• Reviewing and optimizing workflows.
• Ensuring alignment with Product Managers, Designers, and other areas.
• Planning and managing resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of scalability strategies and long-term impact.
