Job Description
Prolific is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation across high-value accounts. The Growth Marketing Manager will use an account-based marketing (ABM) approach. This role involves working closely with the growth marketing team, including a demand generation events manager and a lifecycle marketer, to plan and execute coordinated campaigns. The Growth Marketing Manager will also partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to align efforts across the funnel.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing ABM plans targeting leading AI labs, large enterprises, and innovative startups.
- Designing and optimizing campaigns across customer touchpoints, tailoring messaging and content to key use cases, personas, and buying stages.
- Owning the strategic account list with Sales and Revenue Operations, defining target segments and priority accounts.
- Coordinating with the events manager to embed field marketing and hosted experiences into the demand playbook.
- Collaborating with the lifecycle marketer to build effective nurture journeys and accelerate hand raisers through the funnel.
- Testing and scaling new demand tactics using insights from intent platforms, enrichment tools, and campaign analytics.
- Communicating progress clearly and frequently with internal stakeholders.
- Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs, and iterating campaigns based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation and ABM, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or developer tools space.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable setting up experiment frameworks, executing on them, and regularly sharing experiment results.
- A strong grasp of growth levers across paid media, intent data, outbound orchestration, and on-site conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to build integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- A data-driven mindset.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
