BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making for clients' media campaigns. This role involves analyzing marketing and advertising performance across multiple channels and translating complex data into actionable insights. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with various teams to enhance audience targeting and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support development of measurement plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy through on-going QA.
- Analyze media performance across digital channels.
- Collaborate with media teams to provide data storytelling.
- Present reports and proposals to clients.
- Partner with reporting and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure.
- Query and manipulate large datasets.
- Stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
- Experience within a media, marketing, or advertising agency environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Experience with bug data querying and manipulation, SQL a plus.
- Understanding of attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
