Affiliate Ops Manager

Job Description

Helium 10 is seeking an experienced and analytical Affiliate Operations Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of their Affiliate Program. This role involves managing affiliate operations, tracking performance metrics, and nurturing partner relationships to scale the program efficiently. The Affiliate Ops Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and program growth.Responsibilities include:

• Managing onboarding, tracking, and payouts for affiliate partners.
• Maintaining documentation and program resources.
• Building and maintaining dashboards for affiliate performance.
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Collaborating with Affiliate Managers and creative teams.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Coordinating communications and promotional resources.
• Supporting recruitment of new affiliates.
• Managing projects in Monday.com.
• Supporting in-office employee oversight.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or affiliate/partner marketing.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker/Tableau, and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion).
• Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and finance teams.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
