Job Description
Pacvue is seeking a client-centric and experienced Retail Media Account Director to join their Growth and Experience organization. This role requires a leader with a passion for retail media, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. The Account Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing advertising strategies, and delivering results across various retail media platforms. They will also manage a team of Account Managers, drive client test & learn initiatives, and contribute to Pacvue's product development.

Responsibilities include:
  • Fully own client relationships and deliver results against business objectives.
  • Manage a team of Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers.
  • Drive client test & learn calendar and bring new ideas to the client.
  • Contribute to Pacvue product development with input and recommendations.
  • Develop strategic growth plans and execute against the aligned approach.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly advertising reports and analyze category trends.
  • Create strategic retail media plans for new product launches.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years’ experience working in retail media.
  • Previous enterprise-level account management experience.
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching, and developing others.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Moderate Excel skills.
