Job Description
Pacvue, a leading software suite for eCommerce advertising, sales, and intelligence, is seeking an Events Specialist to join their marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting the team's growth goals, enhancing brand awareness, and generating qualified leads. The Events Specialist will execute client-centric content strategies, coordinate co-marketing activities with partners, and maintain a consistent brand presence across various platforms.Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Maintaining detailed event timelines and tracking milestones.
  • Managing vendor communications, contracts, and logistical arrangements.
  • Creating and managing event-related spreadsheets, guest lists, and task trackers.
  • Developing pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Maintaining comprehensive event documentation and organizing materials.
  • Coordinating internal communications and scheduling.
  • Supporting procurement and management of event materials.
Requirements include:
  • Proven experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
