Job Description
Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Design Systems team. This role is focused on expanding and evolving Monzo's existing Design Systems across channels, establishing a best-in-class system for personal and business banking customers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating, accelerating, and maintaining Monzo's Design Systems, ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Role involves:
- Contributing to the Monzo Design Systems vision.
- Ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Scaling the Design Systems across channels.
- Helping expand and evolve a Business Banking Web Design System.
- Building the Design System for the .com sites.
- Accelerating the componentisation of existing designs.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Contributing to the Monzo brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in design systems and product design across channels.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- An innovative and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
