Monzo is seeking a Fraud Investigator to join their Protect pillar, focusing on providing after-care to customers who have experienced fraud. This role is crucial in maintaining customer trust and supporting Monzo's safe growth. The Fraud Investigator will work within regulated and unregulated deadlines, ensuring quality performance and knowledge across the pillar.
The role involves:
- Gathering evidence from customers via in-app chat and calls.
- Investigating claims with empathy and attention to detail.
- Making decisions on fraud claims up to £5,000.
- Submitting accounts for closure where first-party concerns are held.
- Triaging high-value cases for escalation.
- Safeguarding compromised accounts and providing advice to fraud victims.
- Completing post-investigation activities.
The ideal candidate should have:

- A salary range of £26,000 - £29,400.
