Clutch is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to design, develop, and implement structured learning programs. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality educational experiences through curriculum development, instructional design, and learning technology management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Develop interactive e-learning modules, digital learning assets, and assessments.
  • Manage and administer Clutch’s LMS, including user enrollment and data analysis.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support quality, safety, and risk management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Learning/Instructional Design (Virtual Education).
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Certificate in Instructional/Learning Design.
  • Strong skills with e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with gamification, microlearning, mobile learning, or virtual learning technologies is an asset.
