Production Associate

Job Description

The company is seeking a Production Associate to support its production and logistics teams in Mississauga, Ontario. The Production Associate will report to the Logistics Manager/Production Supervisor and will be responsible for transporting automotive parts, tools, and materials between production and storage areas, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Role involves:
• Transporting automotive parts, tools, and materials.
• Loading and unloading materials onto vehicles.
• Verifying part counts, labels, and quality.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts and materials movement.
• Collaborating with production teams and warehouse staff.
• Assisting with organizing and maintaining storage areas.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Committed to following safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
