Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Insurify is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to its mission of making insurance more accessible and transparent. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary design team, influencing the brand across various touchpoints and crafting user-friendly experiences for comparing, buying, and managing insurance.Role involves:

• Championing a user-centered design approach.
• Leading end-to-end design processes for high-impact product experiences.
• Defining user needs through various design methods.
• Conducting user research to address customer pain points.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Communicating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Facilitating alignment and driving clarity.
• Staying updated on UX trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, with 2–3 years on consumer-facing products.
• Marketplace experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong motion or interaction design skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and experience in monetization or advertising.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working independently and seeking feedback.
• Meticulous attention to detail and experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with user research and data-driven design decisions.
