Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team. The Account Executive will help build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand Notion's most strategic customers. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process.
  • Hold meetings with prospective customers.
  • Drive executive level relationships.
  • Run product demos.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
  • Liaise with our incredible user base to provide world class customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of full cycle sales experience.
  • A track record of high achievement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Builder mentality.
  • Ability to operate within the gray.
