PhonePe Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive developer acquisition for Indus Appstore. This role involves identifying opportunities, scaling partnerships, and ensuring a seamless developer experience. The Account Manager will build relationships with developers, government bodies, and ecosystem players, representing Indus in industry events and regulatory discussions.
Responsibilities include: - Leading developer acquisition across high-potential categories.
- Executing the acquisition strategy and roadmap.
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships.
- Representing Indus in forums and industry events.
- Monitoring and driving commercial performance.
- Collaborating with product teams to improve the developer experience.
- Leading GTM and new product launches.
- Managing regulatory interactions.
- Mentoring and building a high-performing team.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - 10+ years of experience in developer relations, ecosystem partnerships, category management, or account management in tech/consumer platforms.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships.
- Strategic mindset with strong executional rigor.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large charters independently.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
