Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive developer acquisition for Indus Appstore. This role involves identifying opportunities, scaling partnerships, and ensuring a seamless developer experience. The Account Manager will build relationships with developers, government bodies, and ecosystem players, representing Indus in industry events and regulatory discussions.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Leading developer acquisition across high-potential categories.
  • Executing the acquisition strategy and roadmap.
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships.
  • Representing Indus in forums and industry events.
  • Monitoring and driving commercial performance.
  • Collaborating with product teams to improve the developer experience.
  • Leading GTM and new product launches.
  • Managing regulatory interactions.
  • Mentoring and building a high-performing team.
    Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of experience in developer relations, ecosystem partnerships, category management, or account management in tech/consumer platforms.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with strong executional rigor.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large charters independently.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
