CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their Atlanta, GA team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating magical experiences for families in the retail location, ensuring they want to return. They will report to the General Manager.

Role Involves:

  • Bringing the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer experiences.
  • Welcoming guests with a custom greeting and engaging them in the CAMP experience.
  • Demoing products and customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
  • Checking out families and informing them about upcoming programs and news.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs by providing excellent selling experiences.
  • Building a repeat customer base through an approachable and tailored selling culture.
  • Supporting a positive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork.
  • Assisting in merchandising and replenishing the sales floor.
  • Communicating customer and store needs to leadership.
  • Assisting with Back of House tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week, ideally both.
  • Positive attitude and passion for selling and working with people.
  • Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families creatively.
  • Desire to be part of a tight-knit team.
  • Patience, warmth, joy, and humor.
