Job Description
CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Burlington, MA location. This role involves creating magical experiences for families in a unique retail environment. The Sales Associate will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Bringing the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer interactions.
  • Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
  • Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
  • Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
  • Operating the register and informing customers about CAMP news.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Building a repeat customer base.
  • Supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assisting with merchandising and store replenishment.
  • Communicating customer and store needs to leadership.
  • Supporting store operations and goal achievement.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
  • Positive attitude and passion for selling.
  • Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
  • Desire to be part of a tight-knit team.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
