Job Description
CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Burlington, MA location. This role involves creating magical experiences for families in a unique retail environment. The Sales Associate will report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bringing the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer interactions.
- Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
- Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
- Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
- Operating the register and informing customers about CAMP news.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Building a repeat customer base.
- Supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assisting with merchandising and store replenishment.
- Communicating customer and store needs to leadership.
- Supporting store operations and goal achievement.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Positive attitude and passion for selling.
- Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
- Desire to be part of a tight-knit team.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
