CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their Chicago team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating magical experiences for families in the retail store, ensuring they want to return. They will bring the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer engagement, personalized shopping experiences, and register duties.
Responsibilities: - Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
- Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
- Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
- Operating the register and informing customers about CAMP news.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assisting with merchandising and store maintenance.
Requirements: - Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Positive attitude and passion for selling.
- Prior experience in retail, childcare, or performing arts is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
