Sales Associate

Job Description

CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating magical experiences for families visiting the store, ensuring they want to return. They will bring the CAMP brand to life by welcoming guests, engaging with families, demoing products, and customizing shopping experiences. The Sales Associate will also handle checkouts and inform customers about upcoming programs. Role involves:

• Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
• Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
• Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
• Checking out customers and sharing CAMP news.
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Assisting with merchandising and store operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Positive attitude and passion for selling.
• Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
