CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their team at the Tysons Corner location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating magical experiences for families visiting the store, ensuring they want to return. This involves bringing the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer engagement, personalized shopping experiences, and register interactions.
- Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
- Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
- Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
- Checking out families and informing them about upcoming programs.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a passion for sales and working with people, and prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts. They should also be enthusiastic about engaging with children and families creatively and be a team player.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day/week (ideally both).
