Grammarly is seeking a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) who serve as strategic and technical partners to its largest customers. This role involves overseeing a team that combines technical acumen with a customer-first mindset to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Coda’s platform.
Role involves:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Technical Account Managers.
- Setting the strategic direction for Technical Account Management.
- Serving as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical account engagement.
- Driving customer value by ensuring the team delivers best practices and strategic guidance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent.
- Continuously refining and improving internal frameworks and knowledge sharing.
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics related to customer adoption and team performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- At least 2 years of direct team leadership experience.
- Proven success managing technical teams in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, workflow automation, and data-driven solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
