Job Description
DoiT is seeking an Account Executive to promote its PerfectScale platform, a Kubernetes optimization solution. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth across enterprise and mid-market prospects, utilizing skills in pipeline generation, deal management, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing. This role involves championing DoiT's technology and guiding organizations in transforming their cloud infrastructure.Responsibilities include:
- Meeting sales and pipeline goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing a territory sales plan for PerfectScale's Kubernetes optimization technology.
- Collaborating with the Solution Engineering team to conduct solution-focused sales conversations.
- Driving business development, forecasting accurately, and achieving strategic goals.
- Refining the customer sales cycle to accelerate adoption of PerfectScale's solutions.
- Contributing to territory strategy and generating business growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing on pipeline generation campaigns.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Technical background with knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems.
- Self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and CRM management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with independence, creativity, and passion.
- Self-organization, goal-orientation, and strong motivation.
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
