Auctane is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on revenue growth within a defined territory and maintaining strong relationships with clients, the United States Postal Service, channel partners, and internal teams. The Account Executive will work directly with large shipping clients to ensure business growth and retention. Increasing the customer base in the assigned territory through outbound prospecting and developing lead sources.
Growing an assigned book of business by increasing portfolio revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Limiting managed account churn by developing multi-layered solutions and collaborating with Customer Success.
Building strong internal and external customer relationships and acting as an industry expert and advocate.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of field sales experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of relationship management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
