Manufacturing (Lab) Technician I - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician to join their facility in Yellow Springs, OH. The Lab Technician will assist in product processing and formulation, working under the Lab Manager's direction to maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas, as well as uphold quality control measures. This role involves carrying out day-to-day tasks, including prepping and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Cresco Labs extraction.
• Processing of product in accordance with regulations and Cresco Labs standards.
• Ensuring consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing.
• Product processing and product formulation.
• Lab bench work and product filtrations.
• Facility cleaning and sanitation.
• Data entry and documentation in adherence to GMP.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of experience working in a laboratory setting that follows strict health and safety protocols; or any satisfactory combination of training and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of the role.
• Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
